About the role
We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) Customer Service Advisor to join our Amman team. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels for various leading brands. Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via voice, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a consistent experience.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in both Arabic and English.
- Utilize company software and help‑desk tools to log interactions and resolve issues.
- Promote positive brand experiences and uphold service quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual).
- Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
- Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
Required skills
- Ability to manage multichannel communications.
- Familiarity with help‑desk systems.
