We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) Customer Service Advisor to join our Amman team. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels for various leading brands. Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual).
• Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
