About the role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor in Amman, providing bilingual support to customers across multiple industries. You will engage with customers through voice, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer requests and respond according to their needs and situations.
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media, chat) to deliver a seamless experience.
- Develop technical proficiency with the software solutions used by Concentrix.
- Promote positive brand experiences for both customers and client companies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented attitude.
- Availability to work rotating and weekend shifts.
