Bilingual Property Manager Virtual Assistant (Mandarin/Vietnamese)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our property management operations. You will communicate with residents in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with residents/tenants in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist with resident and property‑related inquiries.
• Update and maintain accurate property and resident records in Buildium.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks.
• Track follow‑ups, documentation, and outstanding requests.
• Support the property management team with daily operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
