BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager will be based on‑site in Amman, Jordan, leading BIM processes for architectural, interior and engineering projects. The role ensures that models and documentation meet project standards and delivery timelines while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans for each project.
• Coordinate and integrate models across architecture, interior design and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks.
• Ensure data consistency and manage model versions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide BIM support, training and guidance to architects, designers and engineers.
• Perform quality control of BIM deliverables and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital design standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing BIM on multi‑disciplinary projects, including clash detection and model auditing.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems within BIM workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and coordinate with regional stakeholders, preferably with experience in Jordan or KSA markets.
