BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager will develop and implement a program‑wide BIM strategy, ensure compliance across consultants and contractors, and lead BIM training for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce BIM standards and monitor compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate BIM outputs, conduct clash detection, and oversee integration of models from all parties.
• Lead BIM review meetings, workshops, and produce monthly BIM status reports.
• Create and maintain project tracking documents for design, construction outputs and BIM reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management, digital design and construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Membership in professional bodies such as RICS, CIOB, PMI or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, AutoCAD and Dynamo.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, openBIM, COBie, and other international BIM standards.
• Ability to develop and assess EIRs, BEPs, CDE workflows and BIM execution plans.
