BIM Modeler – Architectural Engineer

About the role

Design Zone Amman is seeking a motivated BIM Modeler specialized in architectural engineering. You will work on real‑world projects, creating and managing detailed BIM models while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural projects.
• Create, modify, and manage Revit families according to project requirements.
• Prepare architectural drawings and documentation.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in BIM modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including family creation and management.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Knowledge of shop drawing preparation.
