Bookkeeper & Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join our growing remote team as a Bookkeeper and Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. In this hybrid role you will manage the company’s financial records while guiding residential real‑estate transactions from contract to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card accounts and categorize all transactions.
• Prepare, organize, and manage transaction documents for residential sales.
• Create and maintain real‑estate listings.
• Ensure all deadlines, compliance requirements, and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Strong bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.
• Hands‑on experience creating and managing real‑estate listings.
• Familiarity with Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) forms or similar state transaction forms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
