Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Amman branch, overseeing sales, operations, customer service, and team development. The role is accountable for meeting KPI targets while ensuring compliance with company strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets, tracking Caribbean and European program performance separately.
• Ensure financial accuracy by managing FFP payments, invoices, and collaborating with finance to minimize discrepancies.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, conducting regular performance reviews to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Maintain quality assurance through timely lead response, proper document submission, and effective CRM usage.
• Resolve client complaints promptly to protect brand reputation and prevent legal escalations.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing market insights and promoting brand visibility locally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, real estate, hospitality or consulting.
• Proven leadership with a focus on sales performance and team development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
