Brand Manager – Strategic Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of our brand portfolio in the food/FMCG sector. The role will shape brand strategy, ensure consistent identity across channels, and drive market share through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans and oversee on‑ground implementation.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan, launch and evaluate marketing campaigns from concept to performance reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, production and cross‑functional teams to meet brand objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, optimizing ROI.
• Support new product development and manage product lifecycle.
• Monitor brand performance using KPIs and provide data‑driven insights.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for high‑quality execution.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of brand management experience, preferably in food or FMCG.
• Proven track record of brand building, product launches and market expansion.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
