About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our digital transformation team. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements while ensuring successful delivery of our ERP and enterprise solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, SRS, User Stories).
- Map As‑Is and To‑Be processes and drive process improvements.
- Produce process flows, workflow diagrams, and control points.
- Bridge stakeholders with implementation, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery.
- Support UAT, change management, and requirements traceability.
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress updates, risks, and dependencies.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst on ERP or enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication and facilitation skills.
