About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our sales team as a Business Development Associate. You will introduce our services to marketing executives across the United States, uncover opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision‑makers nationwide.
• Engage with senior decision‑makers such as Marketing Directors, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, and business owners.
• Present our services clearly and conversationally.
• Qualify prospects by building rapport, asking thoughtful questions, and identifying good fits.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
• Book qualified appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, notes, and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in call reviews, role‑plays, and coaching to continuously improve sales skills.
