Business Development Manager – KSA Market Experience

About the role

Azeus Systems Limited is expanding its sales force for the Azeus Convene platform, a meeting and collaboration solution for boards and senior leadership teams. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market, building relationships with large enterprises, government bodies, and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and strategic selling.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase Convene’s value.
• Generate sales‑qualified leads via outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Travel within the region as required to meet clients and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT software sales within the KSA region.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating qualified leads.
• Experience selling software to BFSI, government, listed companies, and large enterprises.
• Educational background in Business Management; a Computer Science background is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C‑suite executives.
• Ready to join within 1‑2 months and able to travel frequently.
