Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Business Development Specialist to join our team in Amman. The role focuses on generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research, and delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture new business leads.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and new markets.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
• Perform basic feasibility studies, including CAPEX, OPEX and ROI analysis.
• Build partnerships with telecom operators, system integrators and technology companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand offerings and client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential clients and support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience.
• Proven track record in finding new opportunities and expanding into new markets.
• Experience building partnerships with telecom operators, system integrators or tech companies.
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Basic understanding of feasibility studies (CAPEX, OPEX, ROI).
• Experience in quotations and commercial structuring.
• Familiarity with contracts.
• Strong research, communication and presentation skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field.
