About the role
Capital Bank seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to provide strategic, analytical, and technical support for BI activities. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights and delivering high‑quality reports to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and process specialists to elicit and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Monitor, refine, and provide technical support for existing BI solutions.
- Identify data errors, resolve inconsistencies, and translate results into clear visualizations.
- Create ad‑hoc reports and educate users on BI tools.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience writing software requirements and test specifications.
- Project management experience and a proven ability to use data for business decisions.
