Business Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Business Transformation Manager to lead discovery, analyse current operations and design improved processes, services and ways of working. The role is client‑facing, requiring you to work directly with senior stakeholders to uncover challenges, define future‑state solutions and hand over implementation‑ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery and transformation workshops with business leaders, process owners and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, map as‑is processes and identify root causes of business problems.
• Design to‑be processes, service journeys and operating models, defining required changes to roles, systems and touchpoints.
• Translate opportunities into clear business and functional requirements, user stories and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Define expected benefits, KPIs and success criteria, and maintain traceability from problem to solution.
• Collaborate with product, design, UX, technology and data specialists to assess feasibility and implementation dependencies.
• Lead stakeholder reviews, resolve conflicting requirements and ensure alignment.
• Support the transition from strategy to execution, delivering practical handover documentation to delivery teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, digital transformation or related fields.
• Proven ability to independently lead engagements from discovery through future‑state definition and handover.
• Strong workshop facilitation, interviewing and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in analysing and redesigning business processes, workflows and operating models.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured solutions and to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Excellent written communication, presentation and visual documentation abilities.
