Chief Concierge Officer

About the role

As the Chief Concierge Officer you will shape unforgettable guest experiences from the moment they arrive at our hotel. You will lead a dedicated concierge team, delivering highly personalized service while acting as the face of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture guest relationships through swift, professional, and tailored assistance.
• Provide expert local knowledge on events, attractions, dining, and cultural highlights.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and use feedback to continuously improve satisfaction.
• Delegate tasks, set high performance standards, and mentor team members.
• Maintain discretion, ethical conduct, privacy, and confidentiality for all guests.
• Promote the hotel’s ancillary services and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; university degree is a plus.
• At least four years of experience in an upscale hotel or equivalent concierge role.
• One year of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication, customer‑service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with brewing equipment.
• Knowledge of hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production.
• Ability to operate espresso machines and related coffee‑artistry tools.
