Child Protection Case Management & Info Management Consultant (Remote)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a senior consultant to support child protection case management and information management across its East and Southern Africa portfolio. The role is remote, based in the Amman COE, with occasional travel to country offices and partner sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance to UNICEF country offices, governments and inter‑agency partners on the implementation of CPIMS+ and Primero.
• Adapt and develop case‑management tools, SOPs, workflows and referral pathways for vulnerable children, including those at risk of gender‑based violence and children on the move.
• Support data‑protection assessments, information‑sharing protocols and impact assessments.
• Guide social‑service workforces in digitising case management processes and coordinating services for survivors of violence.
• Collaborate with senior advisors, T4D and DID focal points to ensure alignment with regional strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Child Protection, Social Work, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in child protection, case management, or information management systems.
• Proven experience working in development or humanitarian settings, preferably with UNICEF or similar agencies.
