Civil or Architectural Project Engineer

About the role

Al-Ma'bar For Contracting is seeking a skilled Civil or Architectural Project Engineer to join its on‑site team in Amman. You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring that design standards, timelines, and quality expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site development and supervise daily construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, local building codes, and project documentation.
• Conduct quality‑control inspections and evaluations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to resolve technical issues and keep schedules on track.
• Address challenges promptly to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and team‑leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Jordanian building codes and regulations.
