Client Relations Intern

About the role

SorsX is a fast-growing AI HRTech startup operating across the U.S. and the Middle East, and it is looking for motivated Client Relations Interns to join its team in Amman, Jordan. This is a 3-month internship (4 days per week, on-site) aimed at fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in client relations, customer success and business operations within a fast-paced startup.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily client interactions, follow-ups and relationship-building activities
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Learn to use CRM tools to manage client information, track interactions and organize follow-ups
• Support client engagement activities and contribute to business growth initiatives
• Work closely with sales, customer success and product teams
• Gain hands-on experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and HRTech solutions

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field; no previous work experience required
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Interest in client relations, customer success and business development
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Universities encouraged to apply: Princess Sumaya University for Technology, German Jordanian University and Al Hussein Technical University

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Use of CRM tools (learning opportunity)
