CMS Associate – Adobe Experience Manager (6‑month contract)

About the role

The CMS Associate will join Octopus by RTG to support the creation, maintenance and publishing of web content on enterprise‑level sites built with Adobe Experience Manager. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with content, design, development and marketing teams to ensure that digital experiences meet brand, accessibility and SEO standards across multiple markets and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Author, edit and publish web pages in AEM Sites using components, editable templates, content fragments and experience fragments.
• Upload, format and manage text, images, videos and other multimedia assets in AEM Assets, applying metadata and ensuring optimal performance.
• Support multi‑site and multilingual roll‑outs through AEM Multi Site Manager, handling live copies, language copies and localization workflows.
• Validate content for brand compliance, editorial guidelines, tone of voice, terminology consistency and accessibility, including RTL validation where required.
• Collaborate with QA, development and marketing to resolve issues and improve publishing processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager or a comparable enterprise CMS.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a structured Agile setting and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand, editorial and accessibility standards.
