About the role

The Commercial Consultant (Part‑Time) provides senior‑level strategic advisory support to the executive management of a diversified group. The role focuses on enhancing commercial performance, strengthening brand positioning, and identifying sustainable growth opportunities across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Advise executive teams on commercial strategy, market development, and revenue growth.
• Evaluate business and brand performance, recommending improvements and expansion opportunities.
• Develop pricing strategies, market segmentation, and value‑proposition enhancements.
• Support go‑to‑market plans for existing and new products or services.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide recommendations on brand portfolio optimisation and cross‑business alignment.
• Integrate data‑driven insights and AI‑based tools into commercial planning.
• Review strategic initiatives and deliver high‑impact advisory feedback.
• Participate in executive‑level discussions and produce periodic strategic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10–20+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development or advisory roles.
• Strong background in F&B and/or FMCG industries.
• Proven experience in multi‑brand, multi‑market environments, especially GCC markets.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital transformation, AI applications and data‑driven decision‑making.
