Commercial Support Manager

About the role

The Commercial Support Manager manages sales data, analyzes performance metrics, streamlines sales processes and provides insights to improve sales productivity. The role works closely with Business Development, Marketing and Finance to align efforts and support sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in preparing proposals and presentations, supervise responses to new client inquiries and ensure smooth client onboarding on T-portal
• Oversee contract management and provide administrative support to the commercial team
• Manage collateral on OneDrive, oversee Salesforce data collection, analysis and maintenance, and generate regular sales performance reports and dashboards
• Report on sales metrics, KPIs and trends, support sales forecasts and target setting
• Identify training needs, develop training materials and provide tools to improve sales productivity
• Help the CRO and VP of Growth partner with finance on forecasting and budgeting, and work with the commercial team on customer retention and satisfaction
• Evaluate and manage sales tools, document sales processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or a related field is preferable
• 8-10 years of proven experience in sales support or administrative roles
• Excellent command of spoken and written English

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems and sales enablement tools
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
