Commission-Based Digital Marketing Sales Representative

About the role

Voxlumedia is seeking a commission‑based Digital Marketing Sales Representative to drive new business for its suite of digital services. This remote position rewards strong sales performance with flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking and digital channels.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals for services such as audits, web development, SEO, social media, CRM integration and automation.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and track activities and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoffs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and Voxlumedia’s evolving service offerings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong active‑listening skills.
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting, consultative selling and closing deals.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven, commission‑based environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Previous experience selling marketing, technology or professional services is a plus.
