Consultant – Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

About the role

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Consultant to deliver high‑quality, timely solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical and related industries. You will work on projects ranging from basic analysis to complex strategic initiatives, often leading small teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic alternatives and define project approaches for client questions.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze findings, and synthesize key insights.
• Create sections of reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables under guidance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support business development activities and proposal preparation.
• Manage day‑to‑day project execution and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, contributing to learning and recruiting programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the life‑science industry.
• Proven project‑management experience.
• Strong adaptability, quick learning ability, and willingness to travel.
