Consultant – Strategy & Transactions (M&A, Corporate Finance)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant in Strategy & Transactions to support Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance engagements in Jordan. You will work with senior advisors to deliver data‑driven insights, build valuation models, and help clients navigate complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Research industry trends, company information and financial data using internal databases and tools.
• Build and maintain financial models to support client decision‑making and negotiations.
• Perform valuation analyses using comparable companies, DCF and transaction multiples, including sensitivity and scenario testing.
• Prepare transaction collateral such as teasers, information memoranda and other client‑facing materials.
• Analyse operational and financial performance, capital structure and business fundamentals to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in M&A, corporate finance and strategic advisory services.
