Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

About the role

BSM House is hiring a Content Creator and Social Media Specialist based in Zarqa, Jordan. The role covers creating content plans, writing copy and video scripts, managing social media accounts and reporting on results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content plans aligned with each client's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Generate creative concepts and write social media copy and video scripts.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and publishing.
• Coordinate with design, photography and video editing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• A minimum of two years of experience at advertising or marketing agencies, specializing in content creation and social media management.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries.
• Must reside in Zarqa Governorate; location listed as Madinat Al-Sharq, Zarqa.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with a team and meet deadlines.
