Account Manager - Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

About the role

BSM House is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising and client relationship management. The position is full-time and on-site in Zarqa, working hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain effective communication.
• Oversee the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with content, design, production and advertising teams.
• Monitor advertising campaign performance and analyse results.
• Prepare regular performance reports and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to analyse campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA and CTR.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, advertising budgets and campaign strategies.
• Good understanding of content creation and digital marketing.
