Junior Media Buyer

About the role

Blue Mark Agency is looking for a detail-oriented, performance-driven Junior Media Buyer to join its growing digital marketing team in Amman, Jordan. You will work directly under senior management, executing, monitoring and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across several client accounts. The role suits someone who understands Meta Ads Manager, spots performance issues quickly and acts to improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, monitor and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage multiple advertising accounts at once
• Analyze campaign performance and find areas for improvement
• Optimize campaigns by CPA, CPL, ROAS and other KPIs
• Run audience and creative tests and adjust budgets
• Implement campaign strategies and optimization instructions
• Prepare clear performance updates and reports
• Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis and daily work

Required profile

• 6-24 months of hands-on media buying experience preferred
• Experience managing several client ad accounts
• Previous experience at a digital marketing agency preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
• Proactive, organized and coachable, able to deliver measurable improvements under clear direction

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (mandatory)
• Understanding of campaign structures, targeting, tracking and optimization
• Ability to spot performance issues and act quickly
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus; TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads experience is an advantage
