Videographer / Video Content Creator

About the role

Al Bustanji Motors, which sells ZEEKR and Lynk & Co vehicles, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Video Content Creator to support its Marketing team. The role produces high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, events, test drives, product launches, activations and other marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, events and activations.
• Edit short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Create Reels, Stories, promotional videos and campaign content.
• Support photography and basic product/car shoots when required.
• Assist in filming events, test drives, launches and influencer collaborations.
• Edit videos in line with brand guidelines and campaign requirements, adding music, captions, transitions, graphics and basic motion effects.
• Adapt content to different formats and sizes for digital platforms.
• Organize and maintain video footage and project files.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Social Media teams according to the monthly content calendar.
• Stay up to date on social media video trends and creative formats.

Required profile

• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in videography, video editing or content creation.
• Preferred: experience in automotive, lifestyle, retail or digital marketing, and in creating social media content.
• Degree or diploma in Film, Media, Graphic Design or a related field is an advantage.
• A portfolio of previous video work is required.

Required skills

• Video-editing software, especially Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
• Understanding of camera operation, basic lighting, framing, composition, angles and storytelling.
• Color correction and sound editing.
• Strong understanding of vertical video formats such as Reels and TikTok.
