Corporate Relationship Manager

About the role
The Corporate Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and profitably managing banking relationships with corporate clients. The role involves delivering comprehensive business banking solutions while ensuring compliance with Capital Bank’s policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage existing corporate client relationships and acquire new corporate customers.
- Drive up‑selling and cross‑selling of the bank’s products and services.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand client needs and identify business opportunities.
- Assess client requirements, recommend suitable banking solutions, and support business growth.
- Review credit requests, ensure adherence to credit policies, and evaluate risk‑return propositions.
- Perform credit analysis and prepare credit reports for approval.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
