Course Consultant – Telesales Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Course Consultant to join our telesales team and promote 51Talk’s online English courses. You will engage prospective learners over the phone, explain the benefits of our personalized lessons, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up leads and contact potential customers by phone to present 51Talk’s online English courses.
- Explain course features, pricing and scheduling options, answering questions to help prospects make informed decisions.
- Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets, aiming to close new enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Proficient English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
- At least one year of proven sales experience, preferably in telesales or education.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
