CRM Executive

About the role

The CRM Executive will manage Aramex’s Customer Relationship Management system to drive customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty. The role combines data analysis, communication facilitation and support for marketing initiatives across the logistics and e‑commerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all customer records.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences and opportunities for improved engagement.
• Develop and implement retention strategies aimed at reducing churn and increasing loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service teams to align CRM activities with company goals.
• Support marketing campaigns by segmenting data and targeting specific customer groups.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor CRM performance, customer trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Train and support staff in effective use of the CRM platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 5‑6 years of experience in CRM management, customer service or marketing, preferably within logistics or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and drive customer‑centric initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot.
