Customer Care Center Representative (Kurdish Speaker)

About the role

The Customer Care Center Representative will be the primary point of contact for Arab Bank clients and prospects, delivering high‑quality service in Arabic, English and Kurdish. You will support inquiries, promote bank products, and help migrate customers to digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and prospects, providing accurate and timely information.
• Achieve targets for lead generation, credit‑card activities and migration to e‑channels.
• Log client complaints promptly and ensure they are resolved to the highest standards.
• Provide detailed information on all bank products to existing and potential customers.
• Sell bank products and services, creating quality service opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries.
• Execute client instructions in line with Arab Bank policies and procedures.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from a recognized university.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and Kurdish.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet).
