Customer Reception & Follow-Up Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Supervisor to manage our reception area and oversee the entire customer journey, from the first showroom visit through design coordination, payment follow‑up, installation, and post‑service satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily reception operations and support the reception team.
• Welcome visitors, register their details, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate communication between customers and sales, design, measurement, finance, delivery, and installation teams.
• Follow up on designs, modifications, approvals, payments, and project timelines.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly customer follow‑up reports.
• Monitor payments and issue receipts according to company procedures.
• Collect and analyse customer satisfaction surveys and address any dissatisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records while protecting confidential information.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, reception, or project follow‑up.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with customer management systems.
