Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – Banking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Officer to join our branch team. The role focuses on promoting the bank’s products and services, building strong client relationships, and delivering high‑quality service that exceeds customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Market and cross‑sell bank products to achieve branch sales targets and grow the customer base.
• Provide professional service, handling inquiries and requests related to accounts, products and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles in line with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Promote migration of customers to digital and self‑service channels such as PB, IB, ATM, SMS.
• Ensure marketing brochures are current and manage custody items according to the custodian matrix.
• Support the Branch Manager with any additional tasks and adhere to the Branch Operating Model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Officer in a banking environment.
• English proficiency at least level 3 (AB classification).
• Strong knowledge of banking products, regulations and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills for handling banking applications and documentation.
