About the role

Concentrix Irbid is looking for English-speaking Customer Representatives to join its team of on-site staff who engage with customers from top brands across industries such as tech, finance, travel, fashion and healthcare. The role suits someone seeking a career change with a global organization.

Key responsibilities

Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
Develop tech skills and learn software solutions that improve people's lives
Advocate for better brand experiences for customers and clients

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
Proficiency or bilingualism in Arabic and English
Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
Able to work rotating and weekend shifts
