About the role

Concentrix is looking for English-speaking Customer Representatives to join its team of on-site staff in Irbid. The team engages with customers from top brands across industries such as tech, finance, travel, fashion and healthcare. The company describes itself as a global organization with employees from more than 70 countries.

Key responsibilities

Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
Develop tech skills and learn software solutions that improve people's lives
Promote better brand experiences for customers and clients

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
Proficiency or bilingualism in Arabic and English
Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
Able to work rotating and weekend shifts
