About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative (C1 level) to join our fast‑growing, remote team. This is a full‑time freelance position with a start date of 16 Nov 2026.

Key responsibilities

Provide customer support via calls, emails and chats.
Answer general and order‑related questions.
Handle customer complaints and deliver appropriate resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the technical department.
Report feedback, complaints and quality metrics to senior management.

Required profile

Fluent German (C1) and English (B1) proficiency.
Own a laptop with Windows 10/11, 6 GB RAM, i5 CPU, 256 GB SSD and a headset with microphone.
Availability to work 5 days a week, with Sunday always off and a rotating second day off.
