Sales Agent (Opener) – Outbound Call Center

About the role

WUDUH is seeking a Sales Agent (Opener) to engage potential customers over the phone, present financial settlement solutions, and achieve sales targets. The role demands strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to build rapport.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote company products or services.
• Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team and manager to refine techniques and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 level English proficiency.
• 2–3 years experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, results‑driven and resilient in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales opener tools and VoIP systems.
• Basic data entry and documentation abilities.
