Sales/Telemarketing Agent (US Market)

About the role

The Sales/Telemarketing Agent for the US market handles inbound and outbound tax‑debt calls, gathers financial information, educates clients on IRS relief options and schedules consultations with licensed professionals while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to tax‑debt cases, collect accurate financial details and educate clients on relief programs such as OIC, IA, and CNC.
• Book and confirm consultations with licensed professionals, follow up on missed appointments or incomplete documentation, and ensure all files are complete for handoff.
• Follow approved scripts, privacy protocols and SOPs, escalating complex issues as required, and meet call handling and booking KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, financial services or a contact‑center environment.
• Fluent English (C1/C2), empathetic listener, organized, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a high‑paced, target‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM or call‑center platforms and digital documentation systems.
• Ability to use scheduling tools, internal workflow systems and basic online form processing.
