Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Amman, handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote Al‑Asayel’s cosmetics range. You will engage customers, answer product questions and support the sales team in achieving growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present suitable beauty products.
• Process orders and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, meet sales targets and collaborate with the sales team.
• Attend product and service training sessions to stay current on new offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear product explanations.
• Customer service experience to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Proven sales ability to convert leads, upsell and cross‑sell.
• Ability to absorb product knowledge and apply it during calls.
• Previous telesales, call‑center or retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• On‑site availability in Amman and capacity to manage high call volumes.
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail in data entry.
• High school diploma; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
