About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, full‑time Call Center Representative to join our team at 7 Insights Consultants in Amman. In this role you will deliver top‑notch customer support, ensure client satisfaction and resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer support via phone and other channels.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle calls during scheduled shifts between 1:00 PM and 1:00 AM local time.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Exceptional communication skills and natural ability to multitask.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- Positive, ethical attitude with a proactive approach.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
