Customer Success Associate

About the role

As a Customer Success Associate you will drive engagement of 50+ operators of delivery‑only businesses across our Kuwait market, acting as a strategic advisor to ensure their happiness, profitability, growth and retention. You will identify growth opportunities, develop tools and reports for customers and internal teams, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to communicate portfolio health.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engagement of 50+ operators of delivery‑only businesses in Kuwait, serving as a strategic advisor to ensure their happiness, profitability, growth and retention.
• Systematically identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion within and outside our infrastructure, leveraging up‑to‑date industry knowledge.
• Develop and maintain tools, reports and datasets that are shared with customers and contribute to the growth of their businesses.
• Create and maintain tools, reports and datasets that improve operational efficiency and productivity of the internal team.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate the health of the customers’ portfolio, enabling informed business decisions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of Customer Success experience.
• Industry experience in the FoodTech market is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing revenue‑driven strategies that enhance customer retention while driving overall business growth.
• Resilient mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both languages required).
• Strong relationship‑building abilities with clients and team members.
• Customer‑obsessed with dedication to exceeding client satisfaction.
• Data‑driven problem‑solving and analytical excellence.
