Customer Success Manager (Remote)

About the role

You will be the first Customer Success hire at an early‑stage recruitment technology startup. Reporting directly to the founders, you will design and own the entire post‑sale experience for both individual users and enterprise clients, shaping the function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Build the Customer Success function from scratch, defining onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal processes.
• Own the full post‑sale relationship for B2C users and enterprise accounts.
• Onboard new customers and accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Proactively manage enterprise accounts with regular check‑ins, business reviews, and escalation handling.
• Identify at‑risk accounts early and implement churn‑prevention actions.
• Collect and synthesize customer feedback, routing insights directly to the product team.
• Create self‑serve resources such as help‑centre articles, onboarding guides, and FAQs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, and marketing.
• Track and report on key CS metrics (NPS, churn, expansion revenue, time‑to‑value).

Required profile

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client‑facing role within a technology company.
• Must have worked inside a Saudi company and understand enterprise relationships in the Kingdom.
• Experience managing both individual and enterprise customers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) at a professional level.
• Comfortable building processes from scratch and wearing multiple hats.
• Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into plain language.
• Data‑driven mindset, able to track metrics and make decisions based on them.
