Data Operations Specialist

About the role

The Data Operations Specialist will design, develop, and implement business use cases into data sets, ensuring smooth ETL processes and fostering a data‑driven culture within the bank. You will work both independently and with production support teams to maintain high‑quality data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and enhance ETL flows using SSIS, Informatica, and PySpark.
• Provide production support, resolve issues within SLA, and ensure data reliability.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into data models and datasets.
• Maintain documentation and support data‑warehousing initiatives.
• Participate in a team environment while also handling independent tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL tools, and data‑warehousing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with big‑data ecosystems (HDFS, Hive, Impala, YARN).
• Background in the banking domain is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
