Data Operations Specialist

About the role

The Data Operations Specialist will design, develop, and implement business use cases into data sets, overseeing ETL flows and promoting a data‑driven culture within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support ETL processes in a production environment.
• Enhance ETL flows (SSIS, Informatica, PySpark) based on business requirements.
• Resolve production issues within defined SLA windows.
• Collaborate with production support teams and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Apply banking domain knowledge to ensure data solutions meet regulatory and business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL tools, and data‑warehousing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with big‑data ecosystems (HDFS, Hive, Impala, YARN).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and implement business use cases into data models.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
