Required profile
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in financial services or debt-related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Solid customer service mindset, with proven ability to build trust, handle objections, and manage sensitive financial conversations.
- Solid understanding of lending, debt consolidation, and debt settlement processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, Jordan, maintain a consistent full-time schedule, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial for effectively serving a diverse client base.
