Required profile

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in financial services or debt-related products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.
Solid customer service mindset, with proven ability to build trust, handle objections, and manage sensitive financial conversations.
Solid understanding of lending, debt consolidation, and debt settlement processes.
Ability to work on-site in Amman, Jordan, maintain a consistent full-time schedule, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Relevant education such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial for effectively serving a diverse client base.
