Sales & Interior Design Specialist

About the role

The company seeks a talented Sales & Interior Design Specialist to manage the full customer journey, from initial inquiry through design development, quotation, negotiation, and contract closing, ensuring designs are attractive, feasible, and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads, showroom visits, and customer communications professionally.
• Understand client needs, budgets, and space requirements, presenting suitable products and design solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales while maintaining an organized pipeline.
• Develop customized kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe, and furniture designs, producing 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with production to ensure designs are practical and ready for manufacturing, revising as needed.
• Meet sales targets, follow up on quotations, and ensure smooth transition from contract signing to production.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in kitchens, furniture, interior design, or custom wood products with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and furniture layouts.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
• Ability to prepare and interpret detailed execution drawings and manufacturing specifications.
